What information do I need to know about delivery of my ordered product?
Orders are usually ready for dispatch within 24hr after we have received an order. We have partnered with all the available courier partners to reach every possible location within India.
Delivery time:Delivery time is 1-2 working days in Delhi NCR & 3-5 days for rest of India.
How do I find my order tracking number?
The order tracking details will be shared on the registered email along with the courier name & tracking number
What about International delivery?
We do not process any order received from outside India.
My delivery has been lost or damaged, what do I do?
Please contact us on our given email or phone number and we will do our best to resolve it as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority.

- All delivery timescales are subject to availability
- Your order may be despatched in more than one parcel and arrive at different times
- Working day refers to any day Monday to Saturday and excludes Sunday and gazetted holidays.
I’ve received a damaged item. What do I do?
We take great care to ensure your items reach you in good condition. However, if you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged item, just contact us within 24 hour of the delivery time and we will happily refund or replace it.
What do I do if I want to return my product?
We are proud of the quality of our products. As such, if you find your goods to be in unsatisfactory condition (damaged or wrongly delivered or part of your order is missing), we are willing to offer a refund if the product is returned. Our returns process is free and easy.
What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
The refund will be initiated to the original source of payment mode or could be done to other as preferred by customer.
